Letting go is never easy… but God has this!

Happy Thursdayay People! Letting children grow up is one of the hardest things ever as a mother or it was and is for me! I know I made wrong choices sometimes and said things I shouldn’t have while my kids were growing up and I believe I did the best I could at that time and they are great adults now! If only I had known then what I know now it would have been easier but nothing can change the past! Being a mom is one of the hardest and easiest, saddest and happiest things we can do all at the same time! We want them to grow up yet in my eyes my kids are still 12 and I want to protect them, give to them, show them, spend time with them! It’s hard letting go but a must and praying is what I do every single day for my kids and grands as not one day goes by I don’t pray for them! I went by the nursing home yesterday and visited with a lady I have not seen in almost 8 years and she recognized me instantly! I asked her if it was ok that I visit with her and she smiled and said yes anytime please come back and visit! I gave her a hug told her I loved her and she had tears rolls down her face she said I love you too and I mean it 🙂 and I promised her I would be back to visit! We start young we grow old and life changes and sometimes it’s hard to deal with but we must pray and look at the future as it’s still good it’s just changing as it should! If you have elderly people around that you love or just know about stop by and visit it does more good than you can ever imagine as I saw it yesterday! The woman I visited with had a full life not too long ago and time and age has caught up with her but she is still important and she still has memories and love and she is still here and should be acknowledged as all should! Life is backwards and sometimes sad as we miss our life as we get older we miss our kids we miss a lot of things but we can enjoy where we are best we can even with changes God is still in control and he’s still there! When life changes we adjust we don’t give up we keep going and make new ways! I hope today you find someone that needs a visit a hug a I love you and you give it as it’s needed! Have a blessed day ❤️.. I know I am!
